1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During festive seasons or sale events, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimate

We ship orders across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–9 business days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier load, weather conditions, and unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Charges

You can customize this section as per your pricing:

  • Standard Shipping: ₹150

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹2000

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹200 extra

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order in real-time through the courier partner’s tracking page.

If you do not receive a tracking update within 48 hours after dispatch, please contact us.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may fail.

  • If a parcel returns to us due to incorrect address, unavailability, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for re-shipping.

  • Additional re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

In rare cases where a package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Please share unboxing photos/videos and the packaging condition with us.

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner and issue either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

7. International Shipping 

We currently do offer international shipping.
If enabled, delivery times and charges will vary based on destination country and courier service.

8. Change of Shipping Address

You may request a change of delivery address before the order is shipped.
Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.

9. Delivery Delays

Although we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier backlog

  • Weather conditions

  • Festivals and national holidays

  • Remote locations

  • Transportation strikes or restrictions
